Returns & Exchanges

GREG ROSS accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all seasonal sale items and limited edition drops are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes as we are not responsible for lost transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the garment's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
